Assistel attended the International Travel & Health Insurance Conference (ITIC) annual congress held in Berlin, Germany, from October 30 to November 3, 2016.

As a major provider of roadside assistance services, Assistel participated in the Salon National de l’Association des Professionnels du Dépannage du Québec (ADPQ national road assistance conference), which was held from September 22 to 24, 2016 in Drummondville.
