Stéphanie started her career at Assistel in 2007. She first worked as a travel assistance coordinator and then as an operations analyst. Her keen interest in customer experience and her extensive knowledge of our travel processes allow her to accede to the title of Travel Assistance Manager in 2020. Her human and unifying approach promotes the development of skills and the mobilization of the members of her team.

Stéphanie’s team is responsible for handling all travel assistance files, including emergency care, loss or theft of luggage, trip interruptions and emergency round trips.

Our teams come from various backgrounds; they speak a combined 12 languages, in addition to being familiar with the cultural differences of many countries. These assets, combined with our empathy and proactivity, allow us to improve the customer experience by ensuring even more facilitating case management.
