Member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec, Fiza has 10 years of accounting experience. She joined Assistel’s team in 2013 as an accounting consultant. Collaborative and attentive, she quickly makes use of her management and communication skills. Promoted to Operations Support Director in 2018, her analytical mind and creative approach allow her to integrate new practices and business solutions.

Fiza’s team supports all the operational activities of the various assistance centres.
We are a multidisciplinary team
All of our team members possess a range of expertise in relation to their specific fields. Their role is to support the company’s services and to propose facilitating solutions.
A successful initiative
We recently added a new interactive geolocation tool that is more powerful and easier to use for our assistance coordinators. The ability to more quickly locate customers who need assistance allows more effective handling by our network of partners. This solution underscores our determination to optimize our response times.
