The 2017 ACFE Fraud Conference Canada was held in Toronto from October 29 to November 1. More than 1000 participants were present to attend the numerous global fraud conferences and take advantage of the networking opportunity between anti-fraud professionals. The event is a must to keep abreast of the latest fraud schemes, state-of-the-art survey techniques and steps to develop an effective anti-fraud program.

A variety of topics were covered during lectures presented, including risks related to the Internet of Things (IoT), protection of personal digital information, cyber attacks and fraud affecting the health care environment, the ransomware on businesses, etc.
